Shipping Information

Global Citizen is proud to offer all of our Ontario and Quebec customers a low cost shipping service which is guaranteed to be at your door by the end of the following business day after your order is placed. You are also welcome to use your own shipping account, please specify when placing the order and provide your shipping account details.

If you are shipping to the rest of Canada, call us or email us for a comparable shipping quote.

For our local Ontario customers, same day pickups are allowed 3 hours after the order is placed at our Mississauga Distribution Centre. If emailing orders, please state that the order is for pickup and who will be picking up. When ordering online, select the picking up option during the checkout process. You will be given a pick-up reference number when your order is ready to use when picking your order up.
